Hi, thank you very much for the releases!

Would it be possible to update the package to 3.0.3.688 version?

Thank you

Edit: Update inside the app seems to work!

Hi I have used version 3 for over a year.

Having lots of issues over the last month or more.

Refresh Series  runs continuously as it has done for 6 days - since the last fresh install!

and lots of these -

20-2-10 17:46:34.7|Error|DownloadedEpisodesImportService|Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr:

I have checked all permissions and they appear to be correct.

sonarr3A.txt

debugA.txt

Sonarr is on a qnap  1277 with the latest firmware

hi, maybe someone can help me.. I just realised my Sonarr stopped working a while a go.
the last logg file is form 220-10-11 and the last entry was about a restart
in the update log I see it did an upgrade "Updating Sonarr from version 3.0.3.970 to version 3.0.3.971"
the update supposedly completed successfully but since then I didn't start
I tried to stop and restart it and the Qnap qui tells me its started again but I don't see any new logs
is there a way to start it from shell and try to see any errors there?
I also tried "upgrading" it with the latest package from the qnapclub repository but still no luck

ok, it was a bug in 971

the trick was installing it again, I tried it via the GUI but it did not work so I downloaded the package and installed manually and updated again to the latest phantom version.

@doubter13 - Is there a resource that provides info on log files and manual install instructions? Mine (3.0.3.698) also stopped working sometime in the last week, and no amount of stopping and restarting or rebooting the NAS has had any effect. It says my connection is "refused" when I try to access it. I really don't want to risk uninstalling and losing all my config if I can help it. Also would be interested in where you got newer releases.... Thanks for any advice you can offer!

hi, @Shanester

i also had "connection refused", it looks like sonar is not starting up correctly

with sonar 3.0.3 you should find all config and log files under

share/SONARR3_CONFIG

here in the logs directory you should find the log files that should at least give you some hints

one way to start is to install on top of the existing version, so you dont loose your config/database

for me downloading from the qnap repository inside the qnap appcenter did not work, so i downloaded the qpkg from

here

and install manually

this way you should at least get a log with more info

@doubter13 - OK, thank you - I'm back up and running on 3.0.3.698. Best I can tell, something went haywire when it updated to 3.0.4.973, since October 10 was the last date of my automated backup or log files until today. Probably gonna flip a coin regarding whether to wait here for a while or go ahead and plow on to 3.0.4.982 and beyond..... Thanks for the help.

not a problem

i am running 3.0.4.982 without any issues

i think i will stay with the auto updates, as the "trick" with the manual install bailed me out, but featurewise you probably could stay with the versions you have and only update to versions that offer new features and dont use autoupdates

Yeah, I also pulled the trigger and let it update the most recent, and all seems well so far. But at least I have a trick available should the issue occur again. Thanks again for the help.
