First of all I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Cris who made this package available on QnapClub.fr !

I have started installing Zabbix Server on my TS-253A, I haven't finished yet, but I'm writing here my initial successful steps so that maybe someone can move it on further from here.

Before installing the Zabbix qpkg you have to check that are already installed the Qnap Web Server and the Qnap SQL Server - Maria DB from  the Control Panel.
After the Zabbix Server installation, the first step of the Initial Setup is a Check of PHP pre-requisites and I received a warning  that PHP option "always_populate_raw_post_data" must be set to "-1".  To solve this you have to edit php.ini from Qnap Control Panel -> Web Server -> php.ini Maintenance -> Edit.
Add a line "always_populate_raw_post_data = -1" and then to recheck the pre-requisites and you'll move to the next step.

The next step is to create a mysql database named "zabbix" or whatever name you want and a username "zabbix" or whatever name you want.
You can make it from phpmyadmin or from the shell:
shell> cd /usr/local/mysql/bin
shell>./mysql -uroot -p
mysql> create database zabbix character set utf8 collate utf8_bin;

mysql> grant all privileges on zabbix.* to zabbix@localhost identified by 'my-secret-password';
mysql> quit

Check again the pre-requisites that you are not receiving an "Access denied to database" or similar Access error message.

The next error message that I'm receiving is "The frontend does not match Zabbix database" and I'm not able to move further to the next step.
This error means that you have to import the 3 tables (schema.sql, data.sql, images.sql) located at this path: /opt/ZabbixServer/database/mysql
I can successfully import schema.sql but I cannot import the other two data.sql and  images.sql.

shell> cd /opt/ZabbixServer/database/mysql

shell> /usr/local/mysql/bin/./mysql --user='zabbix' --password='zabbix' zabbix < './schema.sql'

but when I'm importing data.sql and images.sql I am receiving this error and I don't know how to move further:
  ERROR 1146 (42S02) at line 1: Table 'zabbix.images' doesn't exist
  ERROR 1146 (42S02) at line 72: Table 'zabbix.regexps' doesn't exist

Please help if you have any ideea.

Thank you!
